Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every tin of Kurubu Matcha. If something arrives damaged or not as described, we will make it right.

Eligibility

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened unless the issue is a quality defect.
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging or incorrect items.

Process

  • Email hello@kurubumatcha.com with your order number.
  • Our team confirms eligibility and sends a prepaid return label if required.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.

We cannot accept returns for items damaged after delivery or due to misuse. Please store matcha in a cool, dry place and keep the lid tightly sealed.
